DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL UNIVERSAL AND REGIONAL DOCUMENTS REGULATING THE STATE OF ETHNIC MINORITIES

The article analyzes the development of system international legal universal and regional documents regulating status ethnic minorities, role, importance acts UN, UNESCO, International Labor Organization, OSCE, Commonwealth Independent States in this regard. As a result research, it has been justified that document “On rights persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious linguistic minorities” adopted by UN General Assembly on December 18, 1992, Hague Recommendations Rights National Minorities Education (October 1996), Oslo Linguistic (February 1998), Graz Their Access Justice 2017), Tallinn Media Digital World Access” (March 2019) have special place.
